About ISO 22000(Food Safety Management System) Certification System?

ISO 22000 is the standard, which forms the harmony between Codex’s HACCP Principle and ISO’s Management System, to make it possible for all interested parties in food supply chain to apply this in order to achieve food safety. Necessity of Food Safety Management System & its Certification Effect

Food industry cannot rely on their experience to meet the needs of diverse interested parties anymore, and   therefore there is a need for introducing the management control system through systematic hazard analysis.
It’s necessary to apply the system to the whole food supply chain, and it is required that inter-organizational   communication should be done internationally.
In addition, this system is required for prevention of food safety accidents and securing confidence from the interested party.
