Government-aided education

Introduction of Program
Science and engineering expertise training is a government-supported program to deal with qualitative and quantitative mismatch between on-site demands and science-engineering education, and contribute to reduce youth unemployment rate by means of offering an opportunity of a good education with site-focused expertise to the graduates of sciences and engineering colleges
Contents of Program
- Education on theories and works of relevant sector
- Learn basic work skills and basic principles required by enterprise
- Work training in an enterprise related to training organization
Subject of Program
Those graduated from science and engineering colleges (including a two-year college and graduate school) and, as of now, unemployed at the age of less than 32 year old.
Period of Program
- 6 months (total 24 weeks)
· Professional training 16weeks (4 days per week, 7hours per day)
· 8 weeks training in relevant enterprise (4days per week, 8hours per day)

Details of Support
- All training programs are free.
- Pay professional training allowance / enterprise training allowance
- Opportunity to obtain professional certificate (certificate like 6Sigma GB, car developer and fair management expert)
- Support to have a job before completing course
Procedure of Application
1. Online application: visit http://kcm.kfq.or.kr , and sign up and register as trainee
2. Then, apply for “Production and Quality Control Work in Auto Industry” of the KFQ.
